【商品の購入方法について】
購入をご希望される品物がございましたら、商品説明及び注意事項、免責事項等をご確認のうえ、お買い求めください。
その後、発送方法、及びお支払い方法を選択して頂きます。商品の価格は税込表記です。
配送料は別途必要となります。料金は地域や国別で異なります。カート内の確認画面にて、内容を再確認し、購入をお申し込みください。ご購入確定後のキャンセル及びサイズ変更などはお受け出来かねますので、何卒ご了承ください。
お届け日にご指定はできかねますのでご了承ください。また、商品の発送はご注文カートごとにお送りします。別々のカートでご注文いただいた商品をおまとめして発送することは致しかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
日本以外の国でお買い求めいただく場合、関税はお客様のご負担となりますので、予めご了承ください。
【返品／交換／キャンセルについて】
ご購入された後でのキャンセルにつきましては、お受け致しかねますので何卒ご了承くださいませ。
万一の不良品の場合は、着払いにてご返品後、良品と交換もしくは代金の返還を致します。但し、ハンドメイド品固有の個体差などは不良品とは認められません。 商品に明らかな欠陥がある場合を除き、返品には応じられませんのでご了承ください。
また、不良品の交換をご希望の場合でも、弊社に同商品のストックが無くなってしまった際は、代金の返還にてご対応させていただくことと致します。お客様都合のキャンセルは不可となります
日本国外への販売も可能です。その際の関税はご負担頂きますのでご了承下さい。
尚、海外発送の際は、主にDHLですが FedEx 他、状況により最適な配送会社様よりご発送いたします。
尚、クレジットカードの審理上の問題が発生した場合、ご注文後のお支払い方法の変更のお申し出をさせていただく場合がございます。予めご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
【商品在庫について】
一部の商品は、実店舗でも同時に販売しております。その為、ご注文された商品が実際には在庫切れとなっている場合がございますことを予めご了承ください。
【システム処理のキャパオーバーによる際の免責事項】
短時間にアクセスが集中して一斉にご購入のお手続きが重なった場合、在庫連動システムの処理が追いつかず、売切状態であるにも関わらず、ご購入お手続きが端末上にて成立してしまう場合（ダブルブッキング）がございます。その際、正式なご購入の成立は、弊社システム上での先着順に在庫数が切れるまでのご購入者様のみに限らせていただくものと致します。
上記のようなシステム処理のキャパオーバーにより、在庫切れであるにも関わらず、端末上でご購入が成立してしまったご購入者様におきましては、数日以内に弊社よりご連絡のうえ、ご返金をさせていただきます。
サーバーやシステム上の不具合に起因する不測のトラブルにおきましては、弊社は一切の責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

One in case of a defective product is exchanged for an article of good quality after return in cash on delivery or the price is returned. But, the peculiar individual difference can't admit handmade items a defective product. You can't meet the return except for a clear defective case in goods, so please accept it.
When a ski pole of the said goods has disappeared for us even when hoping for an exchange of a defective product, I'll answer with return of the price.Cancellation of customer convenience is not possible.
